Smart re-usable Repel and Lure system
Added a system that prevents giving non gen 3 items to Pokémon, which allows having new items like nature mints and bottle caps.
You can select English or Spanish in the Options menu. Most important content is translated, although some text is still only available in English.

Changed how shinies are generated. Default shiny rate is 1/4k and this allows us to have extra shiny rolls in certain methods while maintaining compatibility with vanilla games.
Improved the RNG seed. It no longer depends on the in-game time, so soft-resetting for shiny Pokémon should take less time because you will not keep hitting the same frames.

Kiri can give the player Wiki, Mago, and Aguav berries so you are not only limited to 5 of each per playthrough.
The Exchange Corner has been updated with more BP prizes, lower prices, and the ability to repurchase evolution items.
Bottle Caps now cost 8 BP instead of 25 BP.
TMs are internally divided in 3 categories, items of the same category will have the same price.
You can buy every TM from the vendor machines on the top floor of the Lilycove City Department Store.
Instead of the regular gen 3 Exp Share you will be granted the global exp share one as key item. You can still trade the old ones from other games or get it as prize in the lottery.
You can now get a brand-new Key Item that doubles the EVs gained in the selected stat.

Lots of vanilla bug fixes, might get properly documented in the future. This includes -but is not limited to- plenty of bugs with battle facilities, cloning Pokémon, issues with poké blocks and breeding.
In-game modes
Easy and Challenge mode
Based on location some trainers will have more (in Challenge) or less (in easy) levels.
In easy mode enemy Pokémon will not have EVs or Ivs
In Challenge mode some trainer parties will change, where they will have better ivs, evs and movesets. This is mostly applied to gym leaders, e4, champion and bosses.
In-game nuzlocke mode

In-game level caps
Traded Pokémon will not obey if they are above the active level cap.
Extra Experience
Grants additional experience, scaling by 10% for each Badge. This reaches 80% more experience before the Pokémon League.
Badge boosts are disabled in Hard mode.
Champion-title challengers will not appear again until all current challengers have been cleared. Thanks to Citrus Bolt!
The Hall of Fame records whether you defeated the Champion in Nuzlocke or Challenge mode.

New Options
Instant text speed
Battle speed. Battles can run at 1x, 2x, 4x, or 6x speed without speeding up the emulator, which is useful on real hardware. This does not work during link battles. Hold L to temporarily slow battles back down to 1x.
Blind battle style. Same as shift but without telling which Pokémon the opponent will send.
Trainer Calls. Turn off regular trainer calls in the overworld. Important ones will still happen.
Unit system. Switch between metric and imperial units.
Language. Choose between English and Spanish.
Auto run. Run without pressing B; press B to walk.
